Dear Miss Know It All,

How do you move on from a friendship breakup that was your fault but realized that overall they were a flawed person that led up to that breakup as well?

Dear Friendship Finder,

It hurts to say, but friends come and go. We don’t expect it, but eventually we realize that sometimes we’ve grown past certain relationships. I definitely see this in your case since you believe that the person also contributed to the breakup. The best way for you to move on is to find new friends, but don’t forget to apply what you’ve learned from your friendship breakup. You know the things that your ex friend did that hurt your feelings and the things you’ve done. Use that to weed out the people who you don’t think will be great friends with you. During your time of healing, be sure to be kind to yourself and know you’ll be able to make friends in the future.
